What personal data we collect and why we collect it ​ We collect certain information or data about you when you become a member of Belbroughton Club. When you join as a member we store your email address, name, home address and contact information as required by The Friendly Society Act 1974. This data can only be viewed by authorised people on the Belbroughton Club Committee. By submitting your personal data when joining as a member, you agree to this. We keep a record of questions, queries or feedback you leave, including your email address if you contact the club by email. Contact form submissions made via our website is relayed by email so any data relating to the submission is stored in both our website and email servers. We have procedures and security features in place to keep your data secure once we receive it. ​ How do we keep this information We will retain a record of your personal information on a secured database. We will keep a record of your personal data while you are a member and for the period of 1 year after you stop being a member. ​ Disclosing your information We may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if we have to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements. We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites.

Due to the nature of the business returns will only be accepted if a customer can prove products were unfit for consumption, if this is the case the product must be returned with a minimum of 60% of the product intact and within container supplied. A refund will then be given in cash after inspection of the returned product at the discretion of the takeaway.
